Excellent location AND attentive staff

I had a very good stay! The location is excellent. I walked about fifteen minutes to the famous attractions, shops, and restaurants. The team answered questions promptly with a WhatsApp number. This saved me from having to call. Breakfast downstairs was free AND excellent.
The hotel did not warn me about planned maintenance. There was no water at all the first night. i traveled with a six month old baby and not being able to wash us or use the toilet was inconvenient.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were wide and comfortable. Rooms had climate control, which handled the high temperatures well, maintaining a constant comfortable environment. I found my stay relaxing thanks to a very effective service.

The hotel is near historical sites, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I reached them with a short walk. Convenient stores and restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was very accessible. The street was quiet, without common noises.

The room was always CLEAN and well kept. The staff provided new towels daily. The location allowed easy access to the main attractions, it was a short walk. I appreciate that the management was available 24/7. They were ready to assist with everything.
The hotel did not warn us about a planned water maintenance on the first day. It was difficult to manage without water, especially with a baby. Water returned around 4am. It was an inconvenience.

Comfortable Stay Near Historical Sites

The rooms were clean. Breakfast happens in the restaurant next door. The restaurant had very beautiful decoration. We walked to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It took about 20 minutes.
The hotel didn't warn us about planned maintenance. We had no water. This made washing and using the toilet impossible. This was especially hard with a baby.
